Lipa Mdogo Mdogo Terms

These terms apply when you choose to purchase an eligible Kioo Ngozi Leather product through Lipa Mdogo Mdogo.

1. Your plan

When you start a Lipa Mdogo Mdogo plan, the product, selected variant, quantity, instalment period, displayed instalment total and required initial deposit are recorded for your plan.

2. Payments

You pay the required initial deposit to start the plan. Subsequent payments may be made in any amount toward the outstanding balance, subject to the payment options Kioo makes available. You may complete the balance early.

No interest or late-payment fee is added to the displayed instalment total.

3. Product held until fully paid

Your product remains HELD while the plan has an outstanding balance. It is not released for pickup or delivery before the instalment total has been fully paid.

4. When fully paid

Once the recorded instalment total has been fully paid, the plan becomes READY for fulfilment. Kioo may then arrange pickup or delivery according to the agreed fulfilment method.

5. Payment period and grace period

The plan period shown when you start the plan is the target payment period. Kioo allows a 7-day grace period after that target period.

If the balance remains unpaid after the grace period, the plan may be marked EXPIRED and the product remains HELD. An expired plan does not automatically mean that payments are forfeited. Contact Kioo to discuss reactivation or cancellation.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Payments made under a Lipa Mdogo Mdogo plan are applied toward the purchase. If you want to cancel before the plan is fully paid, contact Kioo Ngozi Leather. Any cancellation or refund will be handled under Kioo's applicable Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

If Kioo is unable to supply the agreed product, Kioo will address the matter and any applicable refund in accordance with its Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Fulfilment

After full payment, Kioo will arrange fulfilment using the agreed method: Pickup or Delivery. Any delivery arrangements, address details or applicable delivery charges will be communicated as appropriate.

8. Communications

The email address you provide is used to maintain your plan and payment records and to send important service messages about your Lipa Mdogo Mdogo plan, including payment confirmations, balance updates and fulfilment information.

9. Personal information

Kioo processes personal information needed to operate your plan, process payments, provide customer support and communicate with you, in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

10. Agreement

By checking the acceptance box and selecting Pay Deposit & Start Plan, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Lipa Mdogo Mdogo Terms, including the payment period, cancellation/refund and fulfilment terms.
