What if there is no suitable vacancy?

When general applications are open, you can tell us your preferred role and join the Talent Pool. Our team may contact you when a suitable opportunity arises. When applications are closed, please check back.

What happens after I apply?

Authorised recruitment admins review your application. Suitable applicants may be contacted for screening, an interview or a compensated practical assessment. An application does not guarantee an interview or employment, and we do not promise a response timeframe.

Do I need perfect English or previous experience?

You can answer in English, Kiswahili or Sheng. Explain your actual skills and experience honestly. If you are starting out, say so; each role has its own requirements.

Can I apply as a maker or workshop?

Make With Kioo → has its own application availability. Maker relationships require separate verification and commercial approval; submitting an employment application does not approve a workshop.
