Are the products handmade?

Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery within selected Nairobi locations for orders below KES 10,000. All COD orders must first be confirmed through WhatsApp before dispatch.


Will I receive order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp depending on the contact information provided.

Do you deliver countrywide in Kenya?


Yes. We deliver across Kenya through trusted courier and PSV services.


How long does delivery take?

Suggested structure:

  • Nairobi: Same day or next day
  • Other towns: 1–3 working days
  • Custom products: Longer timeline

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, no but we are working on it.
